After trying to lose weight for a little over a year. I've tried everything, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Keto and more recently Herbal life and they all began the same and ended the same. I start losing weight, and then I gain it right back. I grew tired of the up and down yoyo effect and just gave up.
It wasn't until one of my students said, "Teacher you fat," that I decided I had to do something. On that note I elicit help from an old friend of mine, Ms. Elianea, who is a personal trainer. She not only prescribed a meal plan but she gave me appropriate weight amounts for each food on the meal plan and exercise regiments. And get this, she even does facetime with me, where she not only shows me exercises, but does them with me. Since the 12th of July I have lost 18lbs that has stayed off and we are going into a month now.
I am not going to lie it took some getting use to, eating less but it didn't take long and now with the help of this app, and its wonderful community, I get great meal ideas for the ingredients that Ms. Elianea has prescribed.
I am so thankful for Ms. Elianea, this app, and its wonderful community and their sharing of delicious meals.
