If you are still feeling bad you could go for some vegetable soup. It's soothing but not as damaging as other bready comfort foods. Progresso has four varieties which have limited pasta or grain. The label advertises low Weight Watchers points. This is my very worst season. Asthma, chest congestion, and I've been suffering from laryngitis for over 4 weeks. I also went to the doctor and started on Flonase which has helped my nasal stuffiness tremendously. I hope you feel better real soon.  

Thanks Rescue - I have Flonase around and forget about that and am on Claritin and Zyrted too. I don't have serious problems but I'm getting the chest congestion with a deep cough. I'm taking generic DayQuil. I already went through one bottle, tonight bought another. The good thing is my appetite has been light. But I've been eating a little extra carbs as I haven't been too hungry. I don't want to lose too much weight as I'm so near my goal weight anyway. Thanks for the kind words.Hope you feel better too. Zyrtec not Zyrted - That is what I'm on --- correction in case anyone needs it- it is available over the counter but is quite expensive if your insurance will cover it that's the best route to go!! :)
