It’s quite easy to get into it if you like listening to music with a beat and bass. Start by jogging lightly and a pace that’s comfortable for you, if get really tired, stop and catch your breath. Then start jogging again. Walking in between kinda helps with the enjoyment of it and you stretch out the time of your exercise. Eventually you’ll start jogging for longer bits.
