Who jogs here?
And how did you get into it?
I’m not a jogging fan but I know I need to add some cardio to my workout because I have some stubborn belly fat 🙈

It’s quite easy to get into it if you like listening to music with a beat and bass. Start by jogging lightly and a pace that’s comfortable for you, if get really tired, stop and catch your breath. Then start jogging again. Walking in between kinda helps with the enjoyment of it and you stretch out the time of your exercise. Eventually you’ll start jogging for longer bits. Also try Nike run club. You get a program coach the whole thing

There are quite a few “programmes” that you can follow that will get you into it. Pinterest has tons that cater for varying levels of fitness. Late last year I started with a one minute jog, 2 minute walk (repeat for 12 times) at the start of the year I could do 30mins without stopping. I think it’s all about gradually building up your fitness level and pushing a little bit further each week. Also - what BesterM said - get some earphones in, and run to the beat of your fav songs!
