Had a fantastic weekend in Mackinaw. Walked about 3 miles and rode the bike 16 miles - that's around the island twice. I was ready to go a third time when hubby confessed he wasn't feeling the greatest. So we headed back to the city, sat in the hot tub for a while then walked into town for dinner.
October goal is to be down 5+ pounds! faithful journaling including foods! exercise! emotions etc. drinking enough water, kicking up the exercise, taking swim lessons and taking care of myself first. I told a good friend today that she needed to take care of herself before she could take care of others. I need to take my own advice. Bring on October. I'm ready,
