I'll be honest, I am avoiding weighing in because I can't seem to stay under 80 and I I just don't have it in me to note down an increase over 80. On the one hand I am happy because I have managed to maintain my weight loss even though I have had some changes happening. on the other hand I'm frustrated I can't lose more weight as Im not eating to maintain I'm eating to lose. Think my natural daily calorie loss is weigh less than I think because I have been consistent with staying at 1300 calories. The struggle continues. Have had a good few days under 1300 so hoping for a good weigh in the morning!
