Woke at 232.8, down 1.3 from yesterday. Slept in a bit and did a little work outside, but it is sprinkling already and will rain today. Had a protein coffee at noon. UPDATE: Some pork rinds and an egg at 2 to break the fast. UPDATE 2: Did a quick glucose and ketone check at 3:45. I was 102 and .2 mm about an hour and a half after eating. Neither one great but neither is that bad. UPDATE 3: Weighed 233.0 at 5:30. Having sausages and peppers with cauliflower "potato salad" for dinner.
