Hi,

I am back here and back on the trail to lose weight...
Tragedy hit us almost three years ago and had derailed everything but now, out of sheer necessity, I am resuming this journey to be healthier and re-establishing the routine that my partner was insisting on. He was right, I let it fall through the window but now, with the very real threat of a condition becoming irreversible, I made the decision to do all I can to fight it. The pandemic and subsequent lockdown didn't exactly help either but I have no other choice but to resume exercising regularly and keeping what I eat under control.

I went and bought running shoes and a sport brassiere today.

I am back.
