Well, booger! I really need to start logging all my foods again so I can get rid of these last 2 lbs to get to my goal weight. I went a little over board with the pasta salad last last night. Oh, but I hadn’t had it in forever and it was delicious! It would have been ok if I’d been exercising regularly. I’ve told myself that walking my dog three times a day was enough. It’s not. I need to dust off my elliptical and tie machine today and get cracking! Have a wind day everyone!
