Woke at 236.8, up 1.6 after too much red wine last night. Hoping to drop some of this water today. Starting with black coffee and a Monster Zero Ultra. UPDATE: Fasted until 3 and ate a little and then did dinner later. Got to 235.2 before 3. Ate pork chops and some hot dogs. Still did not hit my protein macro but I've eaten so much that I'm still on track with my average.
