Day 2 of 15:9 IF. I didnt eat enough earlier so had to cram 750 calories into my shake tonight. Still under goal, but Im not going to make myself eat if Im not hungry. Hunger has been way down since I started with IF. I feel like my stomach is becoming "trained" to not snacking all the time anymore.

The challenges will really start next week when I start back having to leave the house regularly for school. I bought a lunch box and ice packs. My goal is to always have the food I need with me, so Im not tempted by the vending machines. Thanks for the support🙂
