didn't really bother to weigh myself today but I'm feeling really good. I ate 995 calories today and I am delightfully full. looking forward to tomorrow. breakfast is always my favorite meal of the day. how to compliment today from a beautiful woman which felt amazing because that hasn't happened in years.
