I'm kind of embarresed. Now that I've finished thoughly reading CarbLovers, I realized that I need to buy a lot of whole wheat stuff. I should have been buying it before but- can't dwell on the past. I'm doing my weekly shopping tommorow, so whole wheat stuff won't be a problem.
