Somebody took my body while I slept last night! When I woke up, I could not move. Been a slow day. I have muscles hurting, that I did not even know I had~

But isn't it great to FEEL those muscles? Don't you feel like you're more in tune with your body parts than ever before? I love strength training for that reason! I did a new workout DVD yesterday and so far I'm not sore, but I know it's coming soon.
