Feeling depressed. Weight shot up this morning for no good reason! Two days ago it dropped so much I did not report it. Not reporting today’s either as I suspect it is water retention, just as the big drop was down to water. I have clean fasted for 39 days......counting calories and keeping within allowance but keeping a small deficit :(

You will soon get to know the pattern of ups and downs. My weight range can be up and down 2 - 3 kg across the course of the month. Just one of the joys of being female, all I need is a little heat to hold a lot of water weight. Just got to be kind to yourself, we are all very different in how much and how often we drop xx
