End of month is closing in. But it is looking like weight is staying where it was at beginning of month! I may need to increase protein calories in September, as body adjusts to 1800 calories a day, on average. Still doing well at not eating after 7pm, ice cream and snickers are held at bay. Just not a lot of time to exercise but still 30 days and to end up where I started?!?

Not gaining is a win in my book. It's a learning process, seeing what works and what does not for each person.
