Woke at 236.6, up .3 from yesterday. Got a good sleep in. Started with protein coffee. Will work out this afternoon. UPDATE: Ate a large omelet for lunch and did not work out yet. Weighed 236.8 at 5 pm. Dinner was brats and coleslaw. I have to drop the brats. There is not enough protein in them and too much fat. I had to add 12 ounces of tuna to get my protein number and that put me over my calorie goal.
