I'm almost 40 lbs down from my highest weight and I feel like I can finally see a difference. My clothes are comfy/loose and my skin is less red. The before pic is from April 2019 at age 34 (I have very few selfies from before I changed my WOE), and the after was a few days ago, age 35.

I have been shy to share any selfies, but this is me. And for the first time in what feels like forever, I have the confidence to post a photo without filters to cover the things I don't like.

I've been on a roller coaster with my weight for more than 20 years! Thanks for all the support FSF! It has made a huge difference for me :)
