I checked "not applicable" because I only started watching my food since Monday. I ate SO MUCH FOOD this past weekend/week/month/summer. It's good to know that only a few days of dieting & exercising can drop a few pounds quickly, taking me back to 186.6. I'm starting to believe that I will be 185 for the rest of my life and I'm OK with it! Just that I need to stay 185, not 188, not 192.
