breakfast- grapes
lunch
dinner- egg noodles, heluva dip, 5 veggie meatballs
snack- honey bbq chips (thrown up most), small slice of cake, 5 nilla wafers
other- vitamin gummies, acai tea w/ .5 a tbsp of honey, green tea

next day- my whole body hurts, my head my back, foot, hips- its harder than usual to get out bed. I feel swollen. i don't know what wrong with me. all of my test results from the doctors office came back normal, which is great, but it means no answer. I don't know what to do. there is an answer. we just haven't found it yet. maybe I'll look into alternative healing and see what they can do for me in the mean time. this is a lot.
