My first full month of my new diet and I lost 18 pounds. I didn't keep track of my food 3 days. I wish I felt lighter or something but I am just too big to tell a difference yet. No difference in my clothes either. I do feel happy for my accomplishment though. My next months weight loss goal is 9 pounds or more and keep tracking my food.
