Woke up early again today, and realized I have made a conscious choice to walk out a decision I made months and months ago - every day! So today, I choose again...to live for me. To tell myself I am worth it. To love myself, and appreciate all that this new WOE has brought me - better health, more energy, a better lifestyle. I am thankful for my husband and my family's support. And I am thankful for my friends here on this site and their support. I am grateful for another day, to choose what's BEST for me...hope you do the same. Have a great day!
