did you calculate the burger and chips? you may be surprised that even though it's carb heavy, that perhaps you maintained your calories for the day. I looooove steers and can't imagine life without them so I track them, acknowledge that the next day I might be bloated from the bread and eat clean/drink a lot of water and within a couple days it's all back to normal. rather track the "bad" calories. I found it helped me remove the guilt and shame in my brain when I actually understood the calorie value
