Haven't exercised in a few days with everything going on, but will get back to it today or at the latest tomorrow.

I was leaving to go to NC on Thursday and on the way found 2 stray dogs...that ended up in my backyard. Then I went for a few hours to Greg's parent's and when we got back the dogs were gone! They escaped and the shelters are closed, no signs have been put up, no ad in the paper, nothing. I feel really awful bringing them far from home (where ever that was) and then them getting out AGAIN! I hope they're ok.

Ate well for Thanksgiving because of that, so I did not over indulge. Yesterday Greg and I did go to the movies and had popcorn, but that's not horrible. And then last night I had a salad. So I'm feeling lighter.

I think I'm headed to North Carolina to visit my grandma in a bit. Only an hour and a half away and I was supposed to be there Thursday, so I feel kinda guilty.
