Doing well. Doing my fast today. Some pure cranberry juice w/o sugar for detox. Water. Iced tea w/o sugar. I'm a bit hungry but I'm focused and alert. Induction starting again after having two big meals the past week I need it. I know I can do it again. No parties or anything to go to for a long while. Looks like Christmas Eve will be my next and only cheat day ahead! :)

I'm doing well! I did it on Saturday! Woke up Sunday at 3 a.m. starving but had some more cranberry juice w/o sugar. On fast until sunup. So much energy yesterday! I got so much proofreading of one of my books done! The detox was successful. We needn't turn the holidays into six weeks of cheating where we gain twenty pounds. For what? To make a hospital rich? That is where one of my relatives is right now because of their obesity problem. We can control our weight to a certain degree its up to us! Clean that frigde out of that junk food and get on the program everyone! You can do it. Regular soda is a diabetic's nightmare. Don't drink it! Have water instead! Do I sound like a drill sergeant? I guess maybe I was in the military at one time and some of you should be on shows like the biggest loser! Get going back on your diets now and don't wait until New Year's Day. No excuses. I am strictly dieting one day a week and wow! Is it ever saving me money on my food bill! Hee Hee Hee! Glenn :) Time to get some more sleep since it's the middle of the night and I'm still tired...
