I had breakfast today! I woke up wanting eggs, bacon & avacado. For the last month I have been doing IF until 1:00pm lunch. I guess it is O.K. to switch it up?

Hey, chase that chicken around awhile. 😁. It’s hard, but you can do it for you have done it before. Even just a tiny bit better every day and you’ll get there just a tiny bit at a time.
