Yesterday was my brother's birthday and i didnt eat any of the cake! YES :D In fact, yesterday was a good day of eating and I feel much, muuuccchhhh better. It makes me wonder if i really want 'junk' food on my birthday, or not? Cake= No. But I love birthday cake ice cream... like the dryers stuff, or birthday cake remix from coldstone. I also want some chinese food. They're both an uber-load of calories and I dont know if I really want to feel sick from that, or if I should just skip it all together. There are other things I can get/have/do to celebrate my birthday. I need alternate forms of cardio. I have been walking/jogging/running on the tredmil for a long time. Swimming is not an option :/ Although I might have to start after i have my surgery...
Any other ideas anyone? DVD's to recommend, perhaps? :]
