So I've been stress eating like I'm about to get the chair 😑🙈😣. But I'm not going to let emotions dictate my eating any more. With the help and support of my amazing BF and Sister, it's time to reset and restart. I'm not going to lie to myself and set unrealistic expectations for the change, slow and steady wins the race. have a great week everyone
