Woke at 237.7, down .8 from yesterday. Slept in so I did not work out. Started with protein coffee. UPDATE: Got to 235.4 before dinner, so the water is starting to flush out. Ate right on calorie and macro goals for my food. Then I did my Tuesday happy hour, which added two whiskeys and a bottle of red wine. Went from 1700 calories to nearly 2500. Hopefully, the alcohol will not add too much to the weight long term. (It will be burned first, but will not be stored).
