Good Morning!

I have been so pleased with my slow & steady, consistent weight loss. I sill have 20-25 pounds until my goal, but I know it will become a reality & my overall goal is to fit into my original wedding gown for our 25th wedding anniversary in 2 years, which means I'm confident that I will be able to maintain my weight not only for 2 years, but for life!! And the best part is that I will be the healthiest in my life, personally saying goodbye to chronic fatigue, migraines, chronic cough/allergies, common colds & sinus infections so far. I'm hopeful that this fabulous feeling will continue for life!
I know I wouldn't be able to achieve this if it wasn't for Yoli. So thankful to have the opportunity to share this God-given gift with everyone!

Good for you! So many people want to lose a big amount every week (who doesn't), but it's not realistic. Our bodies don't work that way. You will get to goal because you have a great attitude.

I have 2 years until me and the hubs 20th anniversary. I think renewing your vows is awsome!! Thats what I would like to do for our 20th.. I was planning on doing a Native American wedding for our 15th, but that fell through. I still would love to do that, and it would take me that long to make my dress!!LOL!! So glad that you are doing so well!! Have a wonderful week too!!

I ♥ the positive vibes you all are generating!! I think that's another factor that has helped with my weight loss when things may not go as planned. A Native American Wedding sounds awesome & you'd make your own gown? I'd ♥ to see your design!! :) Have a fabulous week!! :) Deb
