Woke at 233.0, down 3.1 from yesterday after a 36 hour fast. Started with weights and it was great to see my new Fitbit actually crediting me with the exertion I felt! Protein coffee for breakfast. UPDATE: Got to 232.1 just before dinner, and just in time for my weekly weigh-in.
