Yesterday up at 4am - worked out (fierce workout btw), and then put in extra hours to balance out being out for 4 days next week. Today overslept (rain helped alot) and then now putting in the hours on the back end of the day for as long as I can! Ate like an absolute fool today. SMH. Tomorrow is another day. Thankful!
