Well, last week I binged for 2 days and packed on some weight. Suffice it to say, I am struggling to take it off. I was so close to the 250's and I ruined it. The air quality h as been so bad from the wildfires, that I haven't been able to get outside to get any exercise. I have been cutting calories to about 1500 a day, so hopefully that will help drop the extra poundage.
