N O P E! UnUH! I tried chia seeds in pudding form in order to up my fiber. Not gonna happen. I could barely get 2 tablespoons of that stuff down! I've got to find some other way to up the fiber. I will try and sprout the remainder of the seeds to add to microgreens to salads.
