For those that asked: the Nintendo Wii is a video game system that was popular about 10 years ago. The Fit game came with a balance board that you can stand on and it measures things like weight, BMI, balance, and such. I use it for step aerobics and yoga mostly. My kids stopped playing it years ago and I pulled it out of storage and started using it. My kids (now young adults) roll their eyes whenever they see me use it. I think it’s a lot of fun.
