When I am really working hard at staying on program, I pick up knitting or any hand-sewing project--mending, cross stitch, whatever--because I can't snack when my hands are busy. I also go to the library in the evenings if I'm really worried I'll still manage to eat at night, since I can't eat there. And that's always nice, browsing through the books.
If I really feel like I want something, I have herbal tea with stevia, and if I've done well with my calories/points, I have an apple or an orange with it. They are low carb but the fiber makes me feel comfortably full.
You're doing really, really well though! Go you! You're an inspiration :)
