No lack of carbs today. Oh, I need to put down the homemade apple pie, yes guess this was a 'cheat' day!
Actually, it was a reality check. 100 carbs a day is doable, but now I see why it's easy to gain weight fast. a Regular diet day is close to 300 to 400 carbs. I could have easily gouged on a few pounds of other junk today, too.
So the question is, did I feel like I should blow the plan off because I have been too low on my carbs for a week and was 'mentally tired' or was the body just rebelling and wants more carbs for those 'feel good' releases?
