Yep, hit my 2 week mark-my usual "healthy me run" before I crash and burn. I had a miserable mental health day yesterday and ate over 2000 calories. I weighed in 2 lbs up! I hope it's all salt weight. This time, going to keep going. Not letting a day of abandonment ruin my goal. Definitely get a run in. Not looking forward to it at all. I am still a wee bit sore from Friday's hellish run.
