Woke at 232.2, up 2.3 from yesterday. Ate my calorie goal yesterday and then ate some HelloFresh with Denise and Jason. I also drank some Bailey's Irish Cream while doing some late-night work. I will adjust today by fasting except for some protein coffee. UPDATE: Weighed 231.9 at 5 pm. More HelloFresh tonight. Going to spread out the calories over the weekend.
