well I am definately in ketosis because I am soooooo thirsty. I feel pretty good about keeping my carbs low. But am still craving sweets. But that is okay since I have found many options. I don't want to weigh until Friday. My husband says I am looking great and getting that hour glass figure back. That makes me feel really good even though he thinks I am depriving myself.

You're doing great! Be sure to drink lots of water -- at last 8 cups a day -- bc Atkins definitely has a diuretic effect. Isn't it so nice when someone else notices your progress?

Thanks you guys, or should I say girls! lol I am doing about 64oz of water a day but it sometimes doesn't feel like enough.

According to the Atkins site, 8 cups a day is the minimum, but some folks follow the rule of 1/2 your weight in ounces, so if you're 160 lbs, then 80 ozs of water. If your body is telling you more water, then I'd listen.
