another pound lost today i am so happy to have things back on trac! didn't record it i am going to wait till weigh in day! the added protien was hard to get down but i found that eating the four meals instead of 3 has stopped the night time cravings for carbs. another day closer to going home and facing the past. another day closer to feeling stronger ,happier and healthier before i go . i won't go home a broken shell and let them think they broke me or used me up when they threw me away the best was yet to come!

Way to go, girl! Loving yourself is the best gift you can give to YOU! Then, no matter who...or what...or why...anyone else can not see the beauty that lies within you...you have the ability to hold strong, and know that you can get through this...and still LOVE YOU...when this visit is over. No one else can touch that. No one, can take that away from you! You are a woman of much love, and compassion and care for others, you are strong and intelligent, and you are sooooo WORTH every change you are making for YOU! I second what JSF said - good luck. Family can be so destructive - its outrageous that that's the case, but too often it is. Your FS family are always here for you. Congratns on the weight loss and being so strong. I hope your mum does well.

So, this would be your lowest weight yet? And, you're on the verge of a new decade? Wow, excellent work and I love your attitude. And if you break into that new decade before your weigh-in day, I'd go ahead and just record it anyway!

Way to go Laura. Wonderful job on your weight loss. Look at how much you have accomplished for yourself. No one else, just yourself and you are so worth every bit too. You will stay strong for your visit with your family, I know you will.:) They should really be ashamed of themselves for treating family that way. I will 3rd what Paula said above.
