Journal de Motivated, 20 déc. 08

Day 1: I'm discouraged. Keep trying to start over but don't get beyond 2 days. Will workout this morning--trying again. Let's try adding back one new healthy behavior per week. This week will drink 4 glasses of water/day. It has worked before--the healthy behaviors eventually crowding out the unhealthy behaviors. Here I go.

Can I jump on your add one thing in per week? I really need to get myself motivated. Its not even just the time of year. I just keep putting crap in my mouth and not drinking any water unless you count the ice cubes in a rum and coke. lol

Aw, maybe ask someone who you're around often to help you? They can say "I think that has too many carbs in it" which sounds less discouraging than "Don't eat that". That will help keep you motivated, if you have a buddy!

my husband is very supportive--I have no excuse as he actually cooks me anything I decide. Almost through the first day.
