Hi!
Alright...Finally got my exercise in this morning! Did Zumba for wii 45 minutes!!
BUT...Almost passed out at school this morning!! Had my YES Protein Shake at 6:30, exercised from 7; 30-8:15, had a greek yohurt & handful of peanuts for my snack at 8:30. Felt lightheaded between 9:45 & 10:30.
Any suggestions as to what I should do differently?

Did you drink enough water?

Definitely drink enough water and make sure you're getting enough sleep. Also, if you work out a lot after not working out very much, sometimes the first few times are a little tough.

Water is a must, maybe you need some carbs at that time, an apple or banana?
