lost 1/2 a pound since my last BIGGEST LOSER last week. I want to see more results so I am going to try to start my morning at 5am on the treadmill. Normally I am up already but wash dishes or clean up before work!

I like to start my morning with COFFEE☕ but I am thinking if I should wait till I'm done.

How do you guys get your AM morning work outs in??? 🙃😉💪☕🔥
