man what an afternoon was not paying attention to my food after breakfast and didn't eat enough carb while exersizing needless to say my blood sugar dropped out and i have been sick most of the afternoon kinda rained on my own parade...

Sorry to hear that happened Laura. Sure hope you feel better. Low blood sugar is NO fun at all. Go figure, were on a diet, and telling each other to eat.lol But eat!!!! Hope your evening improves. Good job on the exercising though. My bad, I didn't exercise today. Had a meeting and by the time a got back home, husband was on his way home and I DON'T exercise while he is around. Get better my friend.:)

Laura, I find that I really have to be careful and to eat a little something right before I exercise or I have the same problem. It is scary for sure. Hope that you are feeling better now, and that it is the BS and not this darned flu that is going around! Take care, dear, and drink some full sodium broth.
