Didn't do so great with tracking food this weekend. I made a point of drinking more water than usual, lots more and I felt like I had just eaten a bit meal every time. I guess my body really isn't used to that much liquid. Just have to figure out how to fight the heartburn(?) it causes now. Making purges with not drinking soda though, down to 1 Pepsi zero every couple days. I used to down a couple regular Mountain dews every day. Baby steps, but still making progress. Happy Monday all!
