So it's day number 3. And I am really feeling it. my legs are seriously sore. But I know the end result will look good and feel good on me.


Commentaires 
I woke up this morning and my legs were (and still are) killing me from a leg day work out Monday. Stay hydrated and eat more protein as well as some vitamin c-that should clear things up. Keep it up!!!
