No additional weight loss today. But that is really surprising based on this craziness: I began trying to do the 8/16 deal today. I took a breakfast sandwich, a salad, and an apple to work and intended to eat them at noon and 4pm, and then eat the apple if I needed a bit more. But I got busy in a meeting and did not get to eat the breakfast sandwich until 2pm! Then I got busy in another meeting and ended up having to take the salad and apple back home! So by the time 7 pm rolled around, I had only eaten 210 calories in the preceding 23 hours... but no additional weight loss! Need a bit of regularity, which is likely the problem. But I was amazed that I was not hungry in the least today. I did catch up by getting invited out to Longhorn steak house later tonight, but I took it pretty doggone easy. Will eat at noon on Saturday!
