Woke at 234.3, down .1 from yesterday. I seem to be welded to this weight. Did pushups and squats. Going to consider fasting today. UPDATE: Got to 233.9 at 5 pm. Did eat sardines for lunch as seen elsewhere. Drank coffee today, but added a splash of cream each time.
