Well, weight is still at 171, so haven't lost any weight in a while, but at least have not GAINED any either. I would like to lose another 11 pounds but if I stablized here that would be okay too. I am a size 14 instead of a 20W and I feel good and have good energy. Even my sleep apnea has improved so I wake up feeling rested.
Still watching my sodium intake and trying to get plenty of liquid in my diet.
I am however getting a LOT of wrinkles in my face and neck, but I guess at 74 I am paying for my sun tanning as a young girl and woman.
