WOW! I am poopered! Had my extended family for an early Christmas Gathering today...Mom loved it! They all did. Played a fun round of Apples to Apples...if you've never played...great fun! All the cooking, house cleaning, shopping, wrapping...it was all worth it! Especially the chocolate pecan pie...big hit! (even those that didn't think they liked pecan pie - said they loved it.) Going to put my feet up, watch Survivor, and hit the bed early. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.


Had grilled chicken and salad - everyone else commented on what a transformation this year has been for me - then they had another piece of pie! LOL!! (it felt really good to be in control of what I ate - and making people and the laughter, conversation, memories...the best part of my day, instead of the food!) That was a first!!! And a good first at that!!!
